Pils is a fresh, pleasant and clean beer. The flavours of cereal, barley malt, acacia honey and fresh bread are immediately apparent from the first sip. A fleeting hint of sweetness soon leaves room for a widespread bitterness that makes the mouth water. Secondly, hops always leaves a grassy aftertaste in the mouth.
